Additions to the Innovative policies of the new UDF Govt

               As we have entered into the promising 21st century,  our state will be in a position to filter the best elements of our bureaucracy especially those who are engaged in the extension fields...Only through better working environment with reasonably good remuneration, the govt can exploit the caliber of such officers.....the criteria should be included like public feed back, performance, leadership quality, rapport with the downtrodden people etc.
